About the role and your responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is driven to inspire and motivate our users and employees. You are proactive and have a long-term perspective, being flexible in working with different workgroups.

As a pedagogical coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our pedagogical methods are of high quality, up-to-date with the latest research, and that follow-ups are conducted. You will be part of a network with other pedagogical coordinators within LSS housing. The role also includes collaboration with Region Skåne and other authorities, allowing you to work in a broad and significant arena.

You are motivated and driven to work closely with users and recognize the abilities our users have to develop the right support and assistance, providing them with opportunities for participation and self-determination.

To succeed in this role, you embody our values: listen, learn, and lead, and you have naturally taken on a leadership role in your previous assignments.

About us

The management area consists of two units, a group home and a service home where users have varied support needs such as intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.

The service home is centrally located in Lund, where users live in their own apartments. Staff are readily available to provide support and assistance in daily life. Some users have care needs while others have neuropsychiatric disabilities.

In the group home, the users are deaf, and both deaf and hearing staff work there, all of whom are proficient in sign language and use sign language communication.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university degree, preferably with a focus on behavioral science/pedagogy or equivalent higher education that we assess as comparable.
• Has experience working with LSS and mental health issues.
• Has good knowledge and experience of clear pedagogical methods/TEACH.
• Has good knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches.
• Can express themselves well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good knowledge of relevant documentation tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital work tools.

One of our units is adapted for deaf users, and we consider it an advantage if you have sign language skills.
